We will be opening the possibility of conducting SPECIAL TRAINING upon meeting the following prerequisites:

1. WRITTEN REQUEST to be emailed to the Senior Manager of the School Services Department detailing the reason why they are unable to attend the regularly scheduled CET.
2. MINIMUM OF 15 TRAINEES should be guaranteed. The slots may be open for other schools in the area if allowed by the requesting school.
3. AVAILABILITY OF THE FIELD CONSULTANT(S) / REPRESENTATIVE(S) on the given training dates.

REGISTRATION DETAILS

REGULAR FEE : ₱ 1,800.00 / Trainee





The minimum number of trainees should register and pay on or before the given deadline.

Proof of payments should be emailed to programs@schooloftomorrow.ph. Standard payment guidelines apply.

TRAINING DATES

The special training schedule will start a week after the end of our regular CET schedule to make way for post-event inventory and reporting. For this year, SPECIAL TRAINING will be on the following dates:

• AUGUST 8-12, 2022
• AUGUST 15-19, 2022
• AUGUST 22-26, 2022


RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE REQUESTING SCHOOL

Once all prerequisites are met, the requesting school will be responsible for the following items:

1. VENUE for the duration of the 5-day training where a minimum number of trainees may be accommodated. The venue should have the following:

• Offices with Flaglets (Christian & Philippine Flaglet)
• Testing Table
• Scoring Station
• Learning Center Supplies (Red Pen, Green Pen, Pencils, etc.)

2. ACCOMMODATION & TRANSPORTATION of the Head Training Facilitator (and cofacilitator) for the duration of the training.

3. LOVE GIFT & MEAL ALLOWANCE OF THE ADDITIONAL FACILITATOR if the Head Facilitator deems it necessary. Only School of Tomorrow®, Philippines staff, or designated representatives may co-facilitate. Here is the minimum rate:

• PHP 550.00 - Honorarium per Day
• PHP 450.00 - Daily Meal Allowance (Actual meals may also be served in lieu of cash)


ADDITIONAL REMINDERS & CONSIDERATIONS

• The requesting school should directly coordinate with the Field Consultant/ Field Representatives regarding accommodation & transportation arrangements.

• The special training will not be subject to the early bird rate. Trainees who paid the early bird rate but decided to be part of a SPECIAL TRAINING will be asked to settle the rate difference before considering their registration.

• In consideration of the current pandemic, there will be no WALK-IN REGISTRATION. All attendees should go through the portal registration.

• Request for extension of hours or days should be directly coordinated by the requesting school to the Head Training Facilitator. Any incidental expenses will be shouldered by the requesting school.
